These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EvoSync GPI (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a professional social media platform designed for networking, collaboration, and professional content sharing.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction);

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;

• Use the Platform only for lawful professional purposes.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information;

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

3. Acceptable Use

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against others;

• Impersonate another person or organization;

• Upload malware, spam, or automated scripts;

• Circumvent security features or access restrictions.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post (“User Content”).

By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Host, store, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your content

• Solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Platform

You represent that:

• You own or have rights to all content you post;

• Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. Professional Conduct

The Platform is intended for professional use.
You agree to:

• Communicate respectfully and professionally;

• Avoid content unrelated to professional or business purposes;

• Comply with applicable employment, confidentiality, and competition laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All Platform content (excluding User Content), including:

• Software

• Logos

• Design

• Trademarks

• Features

is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

7. Paid Features (if applicable)

Certain features may require payment.

You agree that:

• Fees are clearly disclosed before purchase.

• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

• We may change pricing with prior notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account:

• If you violate these Terms;

• If required by law;

• For security or operational reasons.

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings.

Upon termination, access to your account and content may be limited or deleted in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities;

• User content or interactions between users.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the last 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform;

• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

13. Modifications to the Terms

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Belgium.
